CFSS - Community First Services & Supports
Community First Services and Supports is a new Minnesota health care program that will replace personal care assistance (PCA) and offers flexible options to meet the unique needs of people to have a greater independence in their homes and communities. CFSS will cover the same main services as PCA. We at Sammys Home HealthCare Services provide services under the CFSS.
PCA Servcies
Personal care assistance (PCA) services provide assistance and support for persons with disabilities, living independently in the community. We at Sammys Home HealthCare Services provide services under the PCA as well.
